GENERAL WARM-UP :

20 Mountain Climbers
10 Lateral Lunges
20 Mountain Climbers (feet to outside of hands)
5 Inchworms with push-up
20 Jumping Jacks
10 Spidermans
10 Air Squats
Skill:
Burgener Warm Up with PVC
Dumbbell Thruster Progression
WOD:
10 Rounds for reps of:
30 seconds of Burpees
30 seconds of rest
30 seconds of DB Thrusters (45/30 lb DBs/hand)
30 seconds of rest
Accessories:
25 Abmat sit-ups (focus on control and using no momentum from the arms)
10 DB Side Bend per side Band shoulder stretch, 45 seconds each side
25 Abmat sit-ups (focus on control and using no momentum from the arms)
10 DB Side Bends per side
I did 6 rounds, SI a bit sore : 105, light weight
So great to come back and get a good whipping on a trip through! Wonderful to see how the gym has grown and improved and see all the wonderful faces yesterday! Miss y’all, but great to feel so at home. Good gawd I’m sore today tho, think I got about 165 reps @#35 dB.
