Wall Squat

Complete the Following for time:
30 Kettle Bell Deficit Deadlift
30 Push Press (75/ 55)
Run 200 M
20 Kettle Bell Deficit Deadlift
20 Push Press (75/ 55)
Run 200 M
10 Kettle Bell Deficit Deadlift
10 Push Press (75/ 55)
Run 200 M

For the Deadlifts, stand on a 45 pound plate and with one kettle bell in each hand, perform the deadlift so that the kettle bells touch the ground.
