2 Rope Climbs per Team Member (each member must make an attempt)
100 Dumbell Push Press
100 Sumo Deadlift High Pull
150 Push Ups
150 Kettle Bell Swings
200 Box Jumps
200 Goblet Squats
20:26 – Team Joe-Kelly B-Chad (Fun WOD until we hit the goblet squats)
Team Laura, Keatin, Becky, Kelli- 22:31 (some mod ropes; 20#-25# DB; 35#KB; some step ups)
