10× 2 @ 60% of 1rm (30 sec. rest between sets)
“Death By” Hang Power Snatch and Burpees
With a continuously running clock perform 1 Snatch (95/ 65) and 1 Burpee the first Minute. 2 and 2 the second minute, 3 and 3 the third minute and so on until you cannot finish the required repetitions inside of the alloted minute. Score by adding the completed rounds of Snatches to the completed rounds of Burpees.
