Kettle Bell Shoulder Distraction Mob.
Shoulder Overhead External Rotation Stretch

For Max Weight you will perform 2 presses (no dip and drive folks) in 20 seconds followed immediately by 20 double unders. Men’s bars will start at 75#s and Women’s bars at 45#s. With each new attempt you will add weight (10#s for Men, 5#s for women). You may rest as needed but there will be a 15 minute time cap on the workout. Score by highest poundage successfully lifted for two reps.
