Workout of the Day

Group Warm up
Split into groups of two and perform the following round about for 7 minutes at warm up pace:
Wheel barrow walk the length of the mat
3 Pull Ups Each (if you use bands have your partner assist you instead)
1 Skin the Cat on the bar each (spot each other as needed)
Buddy Carry the length of the mat
10 Tuck Jumps
Reverse lunge walk back to the start

WOD:
5 Rounds for time of:
3 Muscle Ups
5 Squat Snatch (155/ 105)
7 Hand Stand Push Ups
