Warm up:
Mixed Tabata of:
Single Unders
PVC Thrusters (a broomstick works)
Hanging Knee Raises (Lie down, grab something solid and bring knees up)
Mountain Climbers
WOD:
For Time: 21-18-15-12-9-6-3 Reps of
Push ups
Box Jumps
DB Push Press
Find anything to jump on and off of: a curb, a bench, a small child with a robust squat*.
If you do not have dumbbells, you can use a broom stick, or two moderately sized rocks
(or you can just email us and ask to borrow some dumbbells)
Skill:
Glute Smash
Anterior Compartment Smash
