Team Track Workout!
In three person teams, start with two people at the station one and one person at station two, 200 meters apart. This workout will work like a relay race. The first person in the team will perform 15 squats and then run from station 1 to station 2, where the next member will do 15 push ups and then run to station one, and so on until everyone has performed 60 Squats and 60 Push ups at which point call time.
By The Way: It may be a good idea to bring water… just a reminder.
