Support Your Local Box WOD #3: 50 Reps Each for Time
Dumbbell Deadlifts
Sit Ups
Box Step Ups
Single Arm Thrusters
Rx= 50# for men and 35# for women. But, of course, you should scale the weight as needed. 20 minute time cap.
