Warm Up:

Joint Prep
10 Push Ups
10 Good Mornings (PVC/Broom)
10 Lunge Steps Each

Skill:

Review movement standards for SYLB WOD #3
Warm Up DB Deadlifts and Thrusters

WOD:

Support Your Local Box WOD #3: 50 Reps Each for Time
Dumbbell Deadlifts
Sit Ups
Box Step Ups
Single Arm Thrusters

Rx= 50# for men and 35# for women.  But, of course, you should scale the weight as needed.  20 minute time cap.
