Overhead Rib Mob (2 Minutes Each)
Global Gut Smash (3 Minutes)
As Many Reps as Possible in 12 Minutes, ascending by twos each round of:
Dumbbell Snatch
Wall Ball
Toes to Bar
Spend 10  Minutes working on a weakness

    Jules- I love seeing your posts! I hit the teens Wod from last night: 12-9-6-9-12 of push press at 135, pull ups and a 100m run after each round. It’s good to be doing anything at all at this point.
