MWOD:
Bone Saw Calf Smash (2 Min Each, Pg. 380)
Anterior Compartment Smash (2 Min Each, Pg 264)
WOD:
As Many reps as possible in 10 Minutes of:
Chest to Bar Pull Ups (ascending by 1 each round)
Double Unders (ascending by 2s each round)
Extras:
GHD Sit Ups 10 x 3
12 rounds + 5 C2B (couldn’t double under until round 4)
