Global Gut Smash (3 Min, Pg 296)

Banded Hip Single Leg Squat (2 Min Each, Pg 330)

WOD:

As Many Rounds as Possible in 3 Minutes of:

10 Air Squats

8 Split Jerk (95/ 65)

Rest 1 Minute

As Many Rounds As Possible in 5 Minutes of:

5 Hand Stand Push Ups

10 Double Unders

Rest 2 Minutes

As Many Rope Climbs as Possible in 3 Minutes
