Group Warm Up:
Jog 400 M
10 Super Slow Squats
10 Lunges in Place
10 Bandy Good Mornings
10 Box Jumps
10 See Saw Squats
WOD
5 Rounds for time of:
5 Squat Cleans (115/75)
50 Double Unders
Each Round Men will add 20 pounds and women will add 10 pounds to the squat clean
19:29- 65,75,85,95,105!!!! I haven’t ever used 105# in a WOD, and it’s been years since I was able to clean that weight. Thank you JB for the push and having the confidence in me to lift it. 🙂

close grip bench 1RM-95#; AMAP @ 80%, 75#x8; invisible 2 board press 8×2, 65#/75#; pull ups, shrugs
