Skill:

Banded Overhead Distraction

Bar Muscle Up Progression (3 x)

2 Kips and 1 Pull Hips to Bar

1 Bar Muscle Up

WOD:

As Many Bar Muscle Ups as Possible in 10 Minutes

If you do not have bar Muscle Ups yet you will perform the following:
