Jumping pull-ups
Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
Knees to elbows
Push press, 45 pounds
Back extensions
Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
Burpees
Double unders
“Filthy fifty something else”- 25 banded pull ups, 25# KB, sit ups, 15# PP, 4# WB catching. 24:20
