WOD:
Partner WOD, Leap frog style
As Many Rounds as Possible in 7 Minutes of:
6 Power Snatch (95/ 75)
6 Toes to Bar
6 Pistols
Partners must alternate between movements, but must complete the reps of each movement before moving to next event.
Mobility:
Banded Hip Extension (3 Minutes per side)
Banded Overhead Mobility
Michelle and Kelli- 8 rounds +12. Good job partner! I subbed 35# power snatch (nice and slow, minimal jumping). Also did 5 minutes weighted plank, 25# plate.
