Some throw back photos of friends that have moved away, but were elemental to our metamorphosis. Caitlin Bernier is now up in Gunny and a large proponent to our acquiring Ranger Mike, a source of joy in the six am class.

Dumbbell Snatch

Dumbbell Snatch (alternating)

Couch Stretch (2 Minutes Each)
