Banded Olympic Wall Squat (3 Min, Pg. 343)

WOD:

“Annie Oakley”

50-40-30-20-10 Reps for time of:

Double Unders

Sit Ups

For Every Missed/ Failed Double Under, perform one more Wall Ball Shot

Trainers: Scale each person appropriately so this doesn’t turn into a wall ball workout.

    8:25- very slow for me. Only missed once :-/ in the set of 30. I think I did 10 extra sit ups first round #learntocount.
