Couch Stretch
External Rotation Ball Drill

As many Rounds As Possible in 3 Minutes of:
Squat Clean and Jerk (155/ 105)
Each completed clean and jerk counts as 2. You may not perform the jerk until you successfully accomplish the clean.

REST 3 Minutes

As many rounds as possible in 5 Minutes of:
10 Burpees
30 Double Unders
