MWOD:
Overhead Tissue Smash (2 Min Each, Pg)
Barbell Adductor Smash (2 Min Each, pg)
WOD:
Complete the following for time
1 Clean and Jerk (135/ 95)
9 Pull Ups
2 Clean and Jerks
8 Pull Ups
3 Clean and Jerks
7 Pull Ups
and so on until you reach
9 Clean and Jerks
1 Pull Up
Each of the 9 rounds will have a sum of ten reps

Can’t do this one for now, went for a little jog to loosen the legs for lifting on Thursday.
