Banded Elbow Distraction (2 Min Each, Pg 281)
Overhead Rib Mob (2 Min Each, Pg 242/3)
WOD:
Perform all of the following at your own time, pace and order
30 Strict Handstand Push Ups (if you have these, do them to a deficit)
12 Rope Climbs (if you dominate these, try a few leg-less, but be smart!)
7 Skin the cats
