Workout of the Day:

MWOD:
Foam Roll IT Bands (2 Min Each)
Knee Gap and Smash (2 Min Each)
WOD:
Run 800m
400m x 2
200m x 3
100m x 4
When you get to the multiple attempts at a distance, only the second or third should be an all out attempt.  Previous attempts should be done as build ups in perceived effort.

    Had to search for the last time I did this (similar) and it was in April. Those times: 3:57/1:50/:44/:20
    Today:
    3:30/1:30/:40/:13 I Pr’ed at least two of those for sure (800/400) and possibly all 4. I’ll take it 🙂
