As Many Rounds As Possible in 15 Minutes of:
10 Split Cleans (135/ 95, Alternate Legs)
10 Pull Ups
10 Backwards Wall Ball

4+24 – very interesting combo of movements, but i thought they were pretty fun all in all. neat to try and pattern those new movements. oh no, is Kelly B the new Chad? =P
