Patience with the over head position has gotten Gary K a lot further than forcing things. For many of us something as small as flexibility can be the most important thing that we can do to enhance health as well as performance. Remember, you don’t have to wait for us to post a mobility wod to work on being more bendy. Spend some time and work on your junk, it may prevent an injury or even better, cause a PR!
