Tony has been working his tail off to get back some of the flexibility of his youth and has made some huge strides. All of us have some inflexibility somewhere and starting very soon we will be adding some mobility work in to help us all through our rough spots.
Workout of the Day
Perform a full Tabata Cycle for each movement. A Tabata consists of 8 cycles of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest. Rest one minute between exercises. Score by counting your lowest reps in a cycle per exercise.
