Skill:

Dumbbell Push Press

Warm Up Deadlift 

 

WOD:

21-15-9 Reps for time of:

Deadlift

Dumbbell Push Press

 

Skill/Mobility:
SLIPS 

 

*WOD at Home:
Good mornings – use a PVC

Push press – PVC or light dumbbells

Deadlift – use a kettlebell or two dumbbells (go heavier if you can)
