10 Plank Ups
90’ Light Sled Push

Skill:
Hip Mobility-
10-  90/90s, Prone External Lift Offs, Supine Leg Swings 
Warm Up Front Squats and Sled Push

 

WOD:
Front Squat
90% x 2 (reps) x 7 Sets

Then:
As Many Rounds as Possible in 6 Minutes, rest 1 Minutes and go again
45’ Sled Push 
Row 10 Cals
15 Push Ups

Skill/Mobility:
Adductor Smash
Rhomboid Smash
