One night at 6pm, we had a whole class do the whole workout without modifying the rope climb. (For a couple of these ladies it was their first time up the rope ever!) Heres a post WOD shot.
Workout of the Day
Group Warm Up
Easy Pace 400 meters
10 Each of the following med ball throws
2 hand over hand
2 hand “granny” toss
2 hand right side twist
2 hand left side twist
2 hand backwards overhead
1 Trip length of the mat, high knees to the ball
1 Trip length of the mat, medball broad jump
1 Trip length of the mat, inch worm
1 Trip length of the mat, Spiderman stretch
WOD:
5 Rounds for time of:
10 Kettle Bell Swings
10 Ring Push Ups
10 Box Jumps
10 Squats
10 Sumo Dead lift High Pulls (95/ 65)
