Derek and Kevin look on as teammates Jen and Cam take their turn at the Box Jump. Our workouts in the park can be somewhat unconventional to say the least. This one (last Saturday) involved toting water from the Uncompaghre river. We try to make it a little different from the weekly grind and often workouts are completed in teams. One of the really nice things about the Saturday WOD (besides the fact that its fun!) is that it allows you to take a day off during the week and get much closer to the ideal 3-on/1-off schedule that CrossFit recommends.
