Batch Cooking: If you are like me and you struggle to eat lunch, or just struggle to stay on a clean diet throughout the day, then here is an idea that might help you stay on track. Batch cooking, or preparing meals ahead of time is a great way to stay ahead of the power curve. If you have good food prepared, then you are less likely to eat bad food or skip meals. Here, I made some great bean-less chili. I bought a chili seasoning packet from the store, got some lean wild game meat from our friend Jen Prock over at Kinikin Processing (240-4329), cut up one onion, one pepper and two tomatoes. Brown the meat, onion and pepper, add the seasoning and tomatoes and you are good to go!
