WORKOUT OF THE DAY(at home)

Warm up:

2x Thru
10 Jumping Squats
10 PVC/broomstick Push Press  
8 Inch Worm Push Up  
5m Crab Walk
5m Bear Crawl 

Skill:

Compression Drills: 5 forward and back 
Handstand Hold (Wall, or off a Box, chair, step)- 15 sec
Handstand Shoulder Taps (against wall or from a Box)  
Handstand Walk (or modification) 
Warm Up Thruster  

WOD:

5-10-15-10-5 Reps for time of:

Thrusters
Sit Ups
Handstand Walk in meters

*If you can not yet handstand walk do laps around the box, if you do not have a box, do dumbbell bear crawls.
