Isaac was back in town for the festivities this weekend. Its good to have you around again. We hope you will always think of us as home.

Workout of the Day

Break up into two person teams and complete the following for time:

100 Squats
Wheel Barrow Walk the length of the rubber down and back (one direction per team mate)
30 Free Standing Hand Stand Push Ups (Team Mates will spot each other)
Bear Crawl (down and back the length of the rubber each)
50 Knees to Elbows
20 Pistols (use your teammate for support if you need it)
Med Ball throw (using the yellow D-balls alternate granny tossing the length of the building and back)
