Workout of the Day:
MWOD:
Adductor Barbell Smash (2 Min Each, Pg 340)
Bilateral Shoulder Flexion (3 Min, Pg 259)
WOD:
Alternating Death By:
Push Press
Pull Up
Perform the number of reps that corresponds with the minute on the clock: i.e. the first minute is one push press, second minute is 2 pull ups, third minute 3 push press etc… until you cannot finish the required reps in the given minute.
12 rounds + 12 @ 75#
