Effort… It is the only scale that we judge on. We don’t care what size, shape, gender, ethnicity, creed, politics, orientation you are. We don’t care what place you finish in and sometimes we don’t even care if you finish at all. All that we ask is that you give all that you have to give the workout when you walk in the door. Hard work is the only thing that we consider when determining a successful day at the gym. So the next time you feel like starting up a chat mid-wod, remember that Julie can’t talk right now, because she is busy outworking you, busy out-successing you, busy taking care of her soul. Work hard today.
