    Had time for 3x400m cadence runs. 91,92,93 and I didn’t intentionally go fast as I am still playing the fall (pace) 2:13,1:59,1:53

    8×8 @ 50% evil pause squats with the pause 1/2 way down the descent. 4 sets at 75#, 4 sets at 80#. Those were terrible. 10 minutes hip circle steps.
    6 minute unbroken plank hold.
