Group Warm Up
Open WOD based Warm Up
As Many Rounds As Possible in 5 minutes at a warm up pace of:
10 Tuck Jumps
10 Sit Ups
5 Kipping Swings
10 Squats
10 Dumbell Push Press (light!)

Open WOD 13.3

12 minute AMRAP of:
150 Wall balls
90 Double-unders
30 Muscle-ups
