Running Warm Up

SKILL:

Anterior Compartment Smash (90 sec each)

WOD:

As Many Rounds as Possible in 20 Minutes of:

Run 400 M

15 Pull Ups

10 Sit Ups

5 Handstand Push Ups

COOL DOWN/ ACCESSORIES:

TTB Conditioning (10 x 5 sec hold with 10 sec rest)

Barbell Quad Smash (90 sec each)
