Dave C caught in suspended animation during split snatches… Now Dave would tell you that he couldn’t find the right movement with a map and both hands, but further examination shows fully extended hips, his feet off of the ground and that elbow high and outside as he pulls himself under the dumbbell. In short: textbook.
