10 Squats——-> Lunge Walk
10 Push Ups——–> Bear Crawl
10 Kipping Swings——> Broad Jump
10 Sit Ups—–> High Knee Skip
WOD:
As Many Rounds as Possible in 15 Minutes of:
20 Barbell Good Mornings (95/ 65)
15 Push Jerks
6 rounds +34 (just missed 7 rounds). Subbed squat thrusts for push jerks.
