3 Rounds for time of:
10 Dead lift (300/ 195)
15 Pull Ups
Run 400 Meters
Rest 3 Minutes, then:
Acquire as many feet of handstand walk as possible in 2 minutes. If you have not yet achieved this skill than practice either wall walks or wall walk ups.
