10 Box Jumps
10 Dumbell Push Press

Upon 3, 2, 1 go, you will perform one round as fast as you can and note your time. From there you will have 3 minutes to rest. During your rest, add 30 seconds to the time that it took you to complete the round, that is your cap time. From the end of the three minute rest you will complete one round at a time, starting each round from the end of the cap and continuing until you are unable to finish all of the required reps inside of the cap time. This one involves some thinking, so good luck and have fun!
