Group Warm Up
Med Ball Warm Up

100 Toes to Bar in as Few sets as possible.
Rest 3 Minutes, then:

“Top to Top Tabata Push Ups”
20 Seconds of work, 10 Seconds of rest for 8 intervals (4 Minutes) of Push Ups. The rest phase will be accomplished in the plank position. Score by the lowest number of push ups performed in any given round
