Kelly keeping a promise to Steve that she would do the same frankenstein squats that she made him do. Kelly is out this weekend, but she sends her love… and her squats!

Workout of the Day

Team Workout

Split up into even teams

Overhead walk with two bars down to pad

As a team, complete the following:
Deadlift 10,000 pounds
100 Push Ups
100 Squats
100 Push Press (75 pounds for everyone)

Carry all pieces of equipment back to the gym. Each member can only carry one piece of equipment at time.

Once each team’s equipment is back at the gym, complete 100 pull ups.
