A little Beastie Street to start your weekend!

Workout of the Day

As a team of two
3 Rounds for time of:
30 Sit Ups
30 Dumbell Snatches
30 Dips
30 Kettle Bell Swings

One Team member will perform a 200 meter sand bag run. During the run the other member will perform as many reps as possible of the rest of the exercises. When the first runner gets back the teammates will switch places. This will continue until all 3 rounds are complete.
