No workout today.

John, Kelly, Amy, and Tyler are in the thick of things at the 2009 CrossFit Games. If you don’t know what we are talking about (or even if you do), check the link above. It is like nothing you have ever seen before. 149 men and women drawn from Regional Qualifiers staged worldwide have converged on Aromas, California to duke it out for the claim of “fittest man” and “fittest woman” on the planet. Plus, 99 affiliate teams are vying for the team title in the finals tomorrow. These people are amazing!
