Workout of the Day

In the first minute complete: 1 sit up, 1 push up, 1 pull up. In the second minute: 2 sit ups, 2 push ups, 2 pull ups. In the third minute: 3 sit ups, 3 push ups, 3 pull ups. Continue in this manner until you cannon complete all the reps within the given minute.
