Workout of the Day
As a 4 Person team, Complete the following for time:
Row (for Calories)
Hang Squat Clean Thrusters (45/ 35)
Sumo Deadlift High Pull (75/ 55)
Each person will start at one of the four stations and will not move until all members of their team have completed all of the reps from that cycle. Once all 4 team members have completed the required reps, the team will shift one station until they have completed the required reps for each station and then they will move on to the lower number of reps. Time will be called when the last member of the team finishes with their set of nine on whatever movement they get to last.
