Complete the following for as many rounds as you can. With a continuously running clock, perform:
1 Ring push up the first minute
2 Hang Power Snatch the second minute
3 Ring Push Ups the 3 minute
4 Hang Power Snatch the 4th minute and so on until you can no longer perform the required number of reps in the given amount of time. If you make it to the 20 minute mark, start adding 10 pounds each minute to the Hang Power Snatches. Use the appropriate bar.
