Workout of the Day
In Teams of 3 or 4, complete 4 Rounds of the following relay-style:
7 Med ball cleans
The runner will carry the med ball either down or back (but not both directions) in order to do their cleans. For example, the first person will run the ball down, do 7 cleans, and leave the ball there. The next team member will run to the ball, do 7 cleans, and bring it back. The process repeats until the workout is over.
The team members who are waiting to run will occupy themselves by doing as many cumulative reps of the following. Only one team member can move at a time.
Round 1: Sit ups
Round 2: Double unders
Round 3: Back Extensions
Round 4: Lateral hops
