REMINDER: Today’s Workout in the Park is starting one hour later than usual. We will get started at 10:00 AM. Meet in the usual spot and we will jog over the the field to play.
CrossFit Baseball
This one works kind of like your typical AMRAP but with a twist…
The group will be divided into two teams. Team members will have to complete the course of exercises as many times as possible in 15 minutes. The cumulative number of “runs” completed by all members of a given team is their final score. The course will be as follows:
10 Box Jumps to get out of the dugout – go to home plate.
10 Push ups to get a hit – run to first base.
10 Kettle bell swings – run to second.
10 Mountain climbers – run to third.
10 Squats – take it home, baby!
Back into the dugout and do it again.
When the game is over, we head over to Camp Robber for Brunch…
